To our loyal Sheridan customers,

I’d like to update you on the most recent actions we’ve taken to manage the COVID-19 situation. The safety and wellbeing of our community and employees remains our top priority and as a result, we have adapted parts of our business to ensure we can continue to operate whilst keeping our community safe. In these times of uncertainty, we want to reassure you of the measures we’ve taken to provide our loyal customers with the quality service and products you know and love.

Online and Stores

Our online store is always open and has our widest range of products that will of course be available 24/7.

The health and wellbeing of our community and employees is of the upmost importance to us. During this time, extra measures have been put in place to ensure we can continue to provide a safe and enjoyable  shopping experience.

We have increased the frequency and intensity of our cleaning in our warehouses and in store. In addition, our staff are following best practice for staying healthy and safe by actioning social distancing at work and staying home if unwell or at a higher risk due to travel or other situations.

Our team is working their hardest to process customer orders in a timely manner, however you may experience a slight delay in receiving your items. We appreciate your patience during this time.
