1.4 You must not allow any other person to use your Registered Customer details. You agree that you are solely responsible for all activity that occurs using your Registered Customer details, including the purchase of any goods. You also agree that you will be responsible for the conduct of any person who uses your Registered Customer details, whether or not you have authorised that use.

1.5 If you become aware of any breach of security or unauthorised access to or use of your Registered Customer details, you must immediately notify us by calling Sheridan Customer Service on 01925 453 410 or by email.

1.6 All Registered Customer details must be unique to each customer. Registered Customer accounts using previously registered names, email addresses, billing addresses, or payment details are not entitled to receive any Benefits, and all orders made via these accounts may be cancelled at the discretion of Sheridan.

2. MEMBERSHIP

2.1 You may apply to be a Registered Customer if you are aged 18 years or over and have an active email account. Mandatory fields will be name and e-mail for sign-up to the Registered Customer Program.

2.2 Registration is free; however, we may refuse your application, revoke any Benefits, cancel an order or terminate your membership for any reason and at any time.

2.3 Registering as a Registered Customer shall constitute your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2.4 You may terminate your account at any time and for any reason by contacting Sheridan Customer Service on 01925 453 410 or by e-mail at Customer.Serviceuk@hanes.com.

2.5 You agree that we may contact you with invitations, offers and promotions as part of your membership. If you do not wish to be contacted, please exercise the “unsubscribe option on these invitations, offers and promotions, or by amending your Newsletter preferences in My Account.

3. PRIVACY

3.1 Respecting your personal information is very important to us.

3.2 The Sheridan Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions. The Privacy Policy sets out what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we may disclose it to and what your privacy choices are.

4. SECURITY AND VIRUSES

4.1 Information and emails sent to us may undergo email filtering and virus scanning, including by third party contractors. We do not warrant that such filters and scans will be effective in removing viruses or other potentially harmful code and we have no liability for any viruses transmitted to you.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sheridan and its related companies and the directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors of those companies exclude all liability for any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential) including loss or damage arising out of negligence, which you may suffer as a result of being a Registered Customer.

6. INDEMNITY

6.1 You agree to indemnify us (including our related companies and our and their directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors) for any loss or damage suffered if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

7. AMENDMENTS

7.1 We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised Terms and Conditions will be published on www.sheridanaustralia.co.uk. Any amendments will apply from the date the revised Terms and Conditions are published. If you do not agree to the amended Terms and Conditions, you must immediately terminate your account by contacting Sheridan Customer Service on 01925 453 410 or by e-mail at Customer.Serviceuk@hanes.com. Your continued use of your registered account will constitute acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.

8. TERMINATION

8.1 We may decide to suspend or discontinue customer registrations at any time. We will contact you on the email address that you have provided if customer registrations are to be suspended or terminated.

9. GENERAL

9.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the provision will be deemed severed from the Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the terms will continue in full force and effect.

9.2 Any failure by us to enforce strict performance of any of these Terms and Conditions will not be construed as a waiver of any of our rights or remedies in respect of any existing or subsequent breach of the Terms and Conditions.

9.4 This document is governed by and is to be construed in accordance with the laws of England. Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales and any courts which have jurisdiction to hear appeals from any of those courts and waives any right to object to any proceedings being brought in those courts.
